As I come from one of the few countries in the world that doesn't play host to mossies, I have little or no resistance to their bites and they just love me. Despite using 3 different types of repellent and a plug in screamer, I get bitten all to hell.

I'm just back from the South of France where they managed to bite me everywhere including about six times around my right knee which swelled up and gave me difficulty walking. Severe allergy diagnosed.

Hello to all,

This week end in France are the Patrimony Days when a lot of museums, monuments, old houses or farms or whatever which is related with history (recent or ancient) or can teach us something (like artists places, I mean not exposition but their places, or places where old stuff are restaured, woods, fields....).
It happend only once a year, for 2 days and at this time we have the opportunity to visit places we would not have thought of or even guessed.

I'm really worried about my little dog called "Ronja". When I was in the kitchen to eat some breakfast I saw, that she had dirt on her nose and there was a bit blood comin' out of it... :(

It's nearly terminal boredom tonight. Nowt on TV, nothing fancy to munch on, it's dark and horrible outside and I've an early start at work tomorrow. Just finished my book and can't quite decide which to read next, all my videos of Karl have been watched. I've even been buying things online to make me feel better. I'd go to bed and indulge in a bit of fantasy but it's a bit much to expect the dog to keep his legs crossed till morning. ARGH!!!!!

Okay so on the 10th we go to Philidelpia Airport to catch a U.S. Airways flight back home to St. Louis. My hubby and my 1 year old and 5 old are all exicted to go home for a week so they can see grandma and grandpa and we can catch up with old freinds.
