Lead | |

OK, I finally got around to seeing ST again last night. I saw it at IMAX at Darling Harbour, which was a bit of fun. So that makes it 2 times for me. How
about you?

I know, I'm such a slacker. I do want to see it again at Greater Union Gold Class. I may do that one day next week if Gaz isn't working.

Yeah, the Thursday night session (6:30pm) we went to at IMAX Darling Harbour was almost full - probably 20 seats left unoccupied.

yes, two for me and definitely another one to go at the cinema but i haven't been able to manage it yet (no IMAX in wellington unfortunately - boo, hiss -
but my second viewing was on the huge curved screen at the 'EMBASSY' and that was wicked)

*teh suck* I'd love to see it again, in IMAX. Maybe I should go by myself, no one else wants to go with me XD

Two weeks isn't a long run. It's still showing at IMAX in Sydney. I don't know for how much longer though.

Due to overwhelming popular demand, it's still showing in IMAX limited screenings (one or two a day) here in Melbourne after the first two week run was
over
I'm planning on going to this Saturday's screening

At least ten times, and probably will see it a few more.... I live 30 minute drive from where I work, and when waiting on teenager I find it's cheaper to
catch a matinee than to go shopping!

you lovely ladies have helped push 'star trek' to a worldwide box office tally of almost 336 million dollars (US) so far, almost 224 mil of which is from US/canadian ticket sales alone. not bad. in fact, pretty damn good! |

Wow, that is impressive. I wonder what the worldwide box office stats are?

The current Box Office (as at 11/6/09) is $226,428,402 (US/Canada) and $111,960,224 (Foreign) making it a Worldwide total of $338,388,626 (US dollars)!
I saw it again at IMAX this afternoon, bringing my total to SEVEN - having spent approx $200 Aussie dollars seeing it!!
Such a great and fantastic fun movie! Even if Karl wasn't in it, I think I still would be seeing it this much - LOVE IT!!!
