Seriously bummed out, Lou. My freakin' 'puter got HACKED and I'm pretty sure it happened on Facebook. It happened to another of my friends on there. I'm not really surprised. Facebook IS the #1 Social Networking site on the internet. So you know that somewhere along the line, you are going to find some asswipes who need to get a FUCKING LIFE but they'd rather hack your 'puter! UGH! I'm so pissed off!

I'm at the library using their computer if you all are wondering. Now, I have to have our 'puter tech have a look at the "fine mess" these jerk-off's

made of my machine. Good God, why NOW? So much money going OUT of this house, so little coming IN!

Will see you all when I can. Until then, I'll miss you all very much!

Oh boy, that sucks. I hope your computer gets sorted out and fixed ASAP.
Yeah, I heard there was some trojan or hijacker attached to a recent FB application - it was some Top/Fave Friends list type of thing. Tightening your security settings and installing something like ZoneAlarm will help it to not happen again. SpyBot Search & Destroy, SpyBlaster or Hijack This are worth installing as well, so I hope your computer tech does that. Good luck with it all and I hope you're back online sooner rather than later.

I have Spybot, Avira Anti-Virus and MalbytesMalware fighter on my computer and that crap STILL got in my 'puter. I switched to a Facebook that is called Facebook lite and it doesn't have ANY of the applications at all. Just a wall, your photos/videos you've posted or want to post, your info.and your friends list, that's IT! So that is the way I'm going from now on. Now I don't have to leave Facebook but I did get rid of Twitter. That site, too, is so riddled with shit. I really don't need it, so it's no big deal. But I did/do have many old friends on Facebook. We're talking back to elementary/middle and high school and I'm glad to have them back, so it did bum me out if I'd of had to of left.

Freakin' hackers need to get a God damned life, them assholes!

I suspect Spybot etc. didn't stop it because of your settings. I have a hunch ActiveX control is the thing that probably caused the hijack on FB - it executes files, and your firewall settings should be set to only execute if it's listed in your trusted zone. A lot of people don't bother doing that. I hear ya though, fark all those hackers and crackers with a rusty chainsaw... and those annoying spambots too.

) but this won't happen so far!
I feel sorry for you and all your troubles.
I do hope you'll find a solution although with the hackers it is hard to be ahead of them as they are always on the spot to find some more malevolent (again sorry for my english which seems a bit..stiff as my vocabulary is quite out of date, help me improve!).

Okay that does it!!!!!! It took this to light a fire under me! I am going to do everything in my power to steal that little beyotch's power.

As some of you may know, I have been in competition with my younger cousin for years now. She has always thought she was so hot. Tall, thin, blonde, blue eyes. She has always thought she was so much better than I am.

Well, my mother calls me up tonight and tells me that my cousin is in another state right now getting a boob job. IMPLANTS!!! That is unacceptable! I am soooooooo going to still her thunder. I am going to do everything in my power to lose this weight. People will not be able to make a comment about her boobs without also making a comment about my weight loss (I know how these people think). Let that little pain in the a** enjoy her momentary spot in the sun. Older cousin Laura is about to show that she can still flaunt it too!!!!!!

I am so freaking stressed right now. I am going to be moving in a little over a month to what looks like a great apartment. I will be getting a 2 bedroom 2 bath for the same price that I am paying for the tiny 1 bedroom 1 bath I am in right now. I have been stressing out over this move like you would not believe. Also, it is not helping that my mother keeps bringing up the past about how I wait till the last minute to move and to get people to help me pack since I wait so long. She can't seem to realize that I don't want complete strangers coming into my apartment with me there by myself, going through my things, and then helping me put it up. That is just asking to be attacked or robbed down the line. There are some other things going on that are also thoroughly stressing me. It is starting to affect my sleep as well. If you add up the total amout of hours I have slept in the past 3 nights, you might have roughly 9 hours.

I will be so glad when this whole ordeal is over. So life can get back to normal. If I make it that long that is.

Hang in there, Laura. Moving is a PITA (pain in the arse), let alone all the other things that come on top of that. I really hate it, so much so that Gaz and I sometimes joke that the reason we haven't bought another house is we'd have to pack everything up and move, then unpack it all. I really don't know how some people do it so often. I know people who seem to move every year or two. No thank you, that's not for me, I'll stay put.
It is wise to plan ahead when it comes to moving, because it is stressful, and bloody tiring too, so get organised and do a little packing away of things every day, that way there won't be too many things left until the last minute. Good luck with your move, and I hope it goes as quickly and painlessly as possible...then you can get some much needed sleep.
What sort of dog do you have, Cinn? Some of those rat dog breeds are notorious for bringing home their "catch of the day", so maybe it's a breed instinct. Do the opossums live in your yard?

Talking of dogs, it's bloody Guy Fawkes night here and my dog is nearly having kittens. I took him out walkies before the children came out of school but he won't go out now at all because they're whizzing and banging all over the place.

Skib, I feel so sorry for some dogs who are terrified by bangs from fireworks and storms. I have a friend who gets sedatives for his two staffies every New Years Eve because they just about tear his door down trying to get into the house because they're so terrified. My dog used to be scared of fireworks and thunder, but I've slowly trained him out of it (he used to bark a lot too, and I trained him out of that habit), and he doesn't run and hide or shake or bark anymore. He knows it's not going to hurt him, but like most dogs, he still doesn't like suddden loud noises. My cats, on the other hand, couldn't give a shit.

He doesn't shake, he just goes all sort of weird. He smells it in the air too. He's a bit calmer now and I managed to get him out for a late night wee. Actually I lied and told him there was a cat in the next garden. At the mention of C A T, he charged out the door.

I am sick and tired of my so-called real life friends always dumping on me with their problems. When I need them, they are NEVER there for me. But I am always here for them. They never ask how my health problems are going or how my family is, nothing. It's all about THEM! I wouldn't mind it if it were only every now and then, but it seems that anymore, everyone just wants me to be their "free therapist" or something. WTF? I've had just about enough of it! Hell, my online friends care more about what is going on with me and such than these people are, and these are people I see here in my real life! Well, no more! I'm done! I think Bob Dylan said it best in this video. I feel exactly this way, all the way down to the last freakin' word of it!

Aww, I'm sorry your RL friends are getting you down, Anita. People can be strange creatures, can't they? I'm at that stage in my life where I expect nothing and am surprised if someone comes through for me. Kinda sad I suppose, but it's true. I think sometimes being open minded and always there for people with good advice or a helping hand can be a double edged sword. Just be thankful you're not like them. All I can say is don't change, I like you just the way you are.
