haha yea he really did say that.... i asked him in the first seminar what was his favorite scene to film in star trek was... he said the introduction to bones
scene and then quoted the whole thing. In the second one I asked what was his fav movie to film from new zealand was and i said out of the blue and price of
milk as a couple and he hated out of the blue and loved price of milk

Just to add to what Shez said - He said whilst he was extremely proud of OOTB and his performance in the movie, it was a very emotionally draining experience
making it and he didn't wanna go through that again. He also said he'd only seen the movie once.

He said he welcomes people to write as much slash as they want. He just won't be reading it. The subject came up from a question asked by someone in the audience sbout fan fiction slash and what he thought of it. When I get a chance I'm planning to write up a review of the two days. I read an interview of his that said the same thing about OOTB. He is very proud of the film, but the emotional pressure of making a film about a true-life
event, and such a tragic one, was almost too much.
I am loving hearing about everything that went on at Supanova. Sherry, thanks for sharing the question, like faerie, I would welcome the proof. We have an IMAX in London that could show it if he felt the normal cinema screen was not a big enough stage

He also said for the fact that they filmed OOTB one beach away from where it actually happened it hit home so much harder. |

successful Kiwis claimed by Australia and that he is claimable by us Aussies coz he did live in Sydney for a year.
