Actor Don S. Davis, from Twin Peaks and Stargate SG-1, died a few days ago of a massive heart attack. He was 65.
I always liked him as an actor. May he rest in peace.

Paul Newman has died. I am stunned and am in shock, even as tears are streaming down my face. I knew he was sick with Cancer and all, but shit! I did NOT want
to see this when I turned on my computer this morning.
My heartfelt sympathy to his wife, Joanne Woodward, their children and close friends. This is a HUGE loss. R.I.P., Paul. You did so much in your 83 years. And I thank you for it all.... Paul Newman Dies At 83

I really admired him for his philanthropy. He also had the most gorgeous blue eyes. R.I.P. Paul Newman, you were a class act.

This really is sad news. Great man and great actor. With all the junk that is Hollywood these days. Will we ever have actors of this caliber again?

Incredible sad news....
Being the theatre junkie that I am, I've had the pleasure of meeting Rob a few times over the last 15 years and he really was a lovely man. I saw him perform in "Wicked" only 3 weeks ago and he looked very well. What a shock!!! He was only 57.... It only goes to show how precious life really is..... Deepest sympathies to his partner Kellie and his two children, Christopher and Amy.....

I know, I hear you, Lou. I hadn't even heard of his illness and then, he up and dies
at 66. I was so upset about it. I loved reading many of his books. He was a stickler for details but not in a boring way. He will most surely be missed.

Yeah, I enjoyed a lot of his books (some more than others). He was a talented man with a great imagination who was able to take many a reader on amazing
journeys. At 66, I think he was still young. It's a shame he died, and I for one will miss buying his latest book.

Legendary pin-up model Betty Page died today at 85 of complications from pneumonia, which caused her to have a cardiac arrest. This is a very sad day, indeed.
Loved ya, Betty. You will be missed!

That really sucks! He was such a great character actor. There have been so many movies over the years that I've seen with him in it.

I know. His face, if not his name, would be familiar to a lot of people because he's been in so many films and TV shows. (I particulalry liked him in
Shawshank Redemption...he bought a tear to my eye with his performance.) I just checked out his IMDB profile and he had a steady stream of work since the
1940s. That's a bloody good and long career, by anyone's standards.
